Would you like to be involved in a programme for older people and adults at risk? Our Community Connections projects work towards involving people in their communities and reducing social isolation.
Community connections are recruiting two new project worker posts working in Calderdale and Kirklees.
DRC Project Worker – Post details and application guide – Role Profile
Contract type: Initial 12 month contract
Salary: £16,320 pro rata
Hours: 24.5 hours per week
IoM Project Worker – Post details and application guide – Role Profile
Contract type: Initial 12 month contract
Salary: £16,320 pro rata
Hours: 17.5 hours per week
You will need to have an understanding of the issues some older people are facing, such as social isolation and living with dementia.
