This workshop is designed to help people who:
- Experience anxiety
- Struggle to manage stress
- Experience panic attacks
- Experience phobias
- Worry excessively
The workshop will help you understand how stress and anxiety may be triggered and how you can cope when you experience anxiety. It also includes strategies to help with poor sleep and the physical symptoms of anxiety.
