- Relaxation Therapy/Meditation – achieve calmness of mind and body (2-3pm)
- Kurling – just like curling but without the ice (2-3pm)
- Tai Chi – gentle exercise and good for balance. (3.30-4.30pm)
Includes a break for tea/coffee and chat
Please wear loose fitting clothes and comfortable footwear.
