Being a parent is not always easy, that’s why Parenting Support Provision run courses to give you ideas and tips to help. They have dedicated teams that can provide structured and tailored family support that suits you. They offer practical, friendly advice to help you deal with any aspect of family life.

The next course starts on 13 July at North Bridge Leisure Centre. Mellow Babies is a 12 week  course following ideas of Mellow Parenting which promotes positive parent-child interaction. Mellow programmes allow parents to take the lead in exploring their relationships and provide a structured environment where they can learn how to improve their relationship with their child.
