LoveBread is a social enterprise reaching a broad range of people – impacting on health and wellbeing and creating an active, local community based around bread. Having a commercial bakery and a separate training kitchen mean they can really make a difference.

Are you interested in learning how to make bread in a fun and supportive environment? Well, LoveBread love to spread the word about real bread!

Join them on one of their weekday breadmaking sessions and learn about organic flours, kneading and shaping techniques, enriched doughs and using pre-ferments in bread.

This is the only workshop they run where you can make their bestselling cheese (chilli) and onion loaf (chilli optional!). Add to that a batch of Norwegian Boller (cardamom buns) and you have two delicious breads to take home.

Suitable for all experience levels. All ingredients, light lunch and refreshments included.
