This week, 18-24 of May is Mental Health awareness week. It comes at a time where we are becoming most aware of the impact of those drastic changes on our mental health.
As is perhaps appropriate, the main focus is Kindness. It helps us overcome the difficult situation, support one another and show understanding, all of which important in maintaining our wellbeing.
