Calderdale Council is working with the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (WYCA) on developing plans to build a new rail station in Elland and they would love to hear your feedback on the latest proposals.
Following an initial public engagement In summer 2018, a series of improvements have been made to enhance the station itself and walking and cycling access to the new station from Elland and the wider area. The public consultation is now live and will run until midnight on 16 August. The latest designs and a feedback questionnaire can be found on WYCA’s ‘Your Voice page’ here
Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, public drop-in sessions for this engagement are not possible, however, if you would like to talk to a member of the WYCA project team about the proposals before you submit your feedback you can contact them via the methods below. You should also contact WYCA if you require any of this information in an alternative format e.g. braille.
