VSI Alliance News & Events
Newsflash from the Voluntary Sector Infrastructure (VSI) Alliance team
The Local NHS across Calderdale and Kirklees is working with Calderdale and Huddersfield Foundation Trust Hospital and their respective Councils, and we are now able to offer vaccinations to frontline VCS paid workers and volunteers who support individuals with their health, social care or those who are most disadvantaged or vulnerable.
Priorities have been identified in accordance with Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation and Green Book guidance – see https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/948757/Greenbook_chapter_14a_v4.pdf
If you have not already heard directly from the vaccination team, but think members of your team who deliver face to face work with clients (or will return to delivering front line services after lockdown) should receive the vaccination, in the first instance please contact; Catherine Bann, Emergency Covid-19 Coordinator, Catherine.bann@vsialliance.org.uk
