“What am I like when I am well? How does it feel and how do I maintain my well-being?”

Using parts of the hugely successful Wellness Recovery Action Plan as a positive and practical guide, we will share our ideas and questions about who we are when we are well – and when we’re not – and what we can do about that.

Every Thursday: March 11th – April 8th: 10.30am to 12noon
