With a unique approach to encouraging physical fitness as a means to improve wellbeing, Get Fit 4 Mental Wellness provides a space where you can work on your physical and mental health at the same time.
We have several weekly activities to promote this and you are welcome to visit our Wellness Centre, where you can make new friends, talk to someone who understands or just chill in our ample coffee lounge.
