Healthy Minds Drop-in sessions @ TheSpace in Field Lane

You can access Healthy Minds services in Rastrick at TheSpace in Field Lane every Wednesday 12.30 – 2:30 pm.

Healthy Minds will be there to give advice and support on a variety of issues, offer helpful information or just a cuppa and a chat.

You may need to make an appointment to attend the sessions so please confirm with Healthy Minds before turning up to avoid disappointment.
