Protecting Calderdale’s countryside and communities

Calderdale Council’s Public Space Protection Orders (PSPO) have been compiled in partnership with organisations including the Police and Fire Service, as we work together to keep communities safe and protect the environment. We are now reviewing these orders and are asking local people to have their say on the proposed changes. Calderdale currently has seven Public Spaces Protection Orders and you can find out more information about these on our website, alongside the proposed changes, FAQs and how you can share your feedback. The deadline for responses is Tuesday 7 June 2022.
