Greetland Bowling Club welcomes new players of all ages

There is a new beginners bowling group on Fridays at Greetland Bowling club between 10.30 am – 12.00 pm. The first session will be free and then a £1.00 a week thereafter.

Bowls are available, along with members who are there to give you instructions.

You can also visit the club house where you can have tea and coffee.

You can join any time until the end of September

Mixed bowlers of all ages and capabilities are invited to join this friendly private club in West Vale, situated behind Andy Thorntons, described as a hidden gem in the national crown green bowling calendar.

There is a full match programme in the local leagues, both day and evening for members who enjoy competitive bowling, but also plenty of social bowling with help for new bowlers.

Bowls are available free of charge along with instruction. Please wear flat shoes
