Police are investigating after the unexplained death of a women in Calderdale
At 12.13pm on the 21st of March, police received a call from the ambulance service regarding a concern for safety of a women at an address in Gibraltar Road, Halifax.
Emergency services attended and found a woman in her twenties unresponsive and in need of medical attention.
She was taken to hospital where she was found to have injuries and was sadly pronounced deceased a short time later.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained.
Three males aged 34, 35 and 56 and 41-year-old women have been arrested in connection with the incident and remain in police custody at this time.
Enquiries are continuing and a police cordon is in place for forensic examination.
