Survey For Families

North Halifax Partnership are working with a partner organisation to bring funding into the local area to provide fitness type sessions for post-natal parents/carers. 

To be able to apply for this funding they need to demonstrate that families will access these sessions. 

Please could you spare 2 minutes to fill out a short questionnaire which is completely anonymous.
