All candidates who are offered a place on the 5 day training programme, will be offered £150 on the final day of the course to cover any travel costs the learner may have incurred.
To qualify for this unique opportunity, you must be over 19 years old and currently unemployed.

End Date – Friday 18th March 2022

C+K are organising the Calderdale 2022 Apprenticeship event, taking place on Thursday 24th March 2022 from 4-8pm at The Shay Stadium, Halifax. This annual event provides visitors with the opportunity to talk to employers, colleges, and apprenticeship providers to find out about their vacancies and companies.
This year sees the return of our face-to-face events. The event is a ticketed event and visitors will need to register for tickets to attend to attend.
Students and their parents/carers will be able to talk to exhibitors and current apprentices. They will be able to access information, leaflets, details of live vacancies and C+K Careers advisers will be on hand to give individual advice and guidance. All students are encouraged to attend, even if they have an idea of their future plans.
Information to help schools to promote the event to their students has been sent into school and all Year 11 students in Calderdale will receive an email inviting them to the event.
Young people and their parents/carers are encouraged to book tickets for the event here: https://caldappevent2022.eventbrite.co.uk and must only attend during the allocated time slot they book on to. Please note for safety reason, only one parent/carer will be permitted to attend with the young person.
