New opportunities to move and connect in Elland with Curious Motion
January can be a challenging time of year for our mental health and overall wellbeing. Curious Motion classes and workshops are back this week, including two new sessions – all designed to help you feel more connected to yourself, others, and your local community, release stress and worries, and utilise movement to refresh and restore your body and mind.
Our first Sounding Board gathering is also happening on Saturday – a unique opportunity to be part of reducing loneliness in Calderdale (and there’ll be free cake!). I’d love to see you there.More details and booking info in the latest Curious Motion Newsletter
