Greetland Goldstars have sessions every Saturday11am to 12pm at 3Gi Soccer, Shaw Lodge Mills, Halifax, HX3 9ET

Age 7 year and upwards welcome although under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult unless approved by a coach.

Brighouse Youth Club is open to young people aged 13-19 and offers a wide range of things for young people to do including baking, sports, computers, arts & crafts, musical instruments and much more.

Open on the following days at Brighouse Youth & Community Centre, Aire St, Brighouse, HD6 3RB:

  • Monday – 6.15pm to 8.45pm
  • Tuesday – 6.15pm to 8.45pm
  • Wednesday – 6.15pm to 8.45pm
  • Thursday – 6pm to 9pm ( For young people aged 12 to 25 with special needs)

Don’t lose it all for football!

WYP Dont Lose It AllDid you know that domestic abuse increases by a third during major football tournaments?

West Yorkshire Police are urging fans not to ‘lose it all’ for football after receiving a worryingly high volume of calls relating to domestic abuse incidents during major tournaments.

During the previous tournaments, Euro 2012 and the World Cup 2014, the police saw domestic abuse increase by a third and received an average of 110 calls per England game.

If you are worried about your own behavior or have been abusive in the past, it is never too late to get help.
