Focus4Hope Arts and Crafts Mondays at Morrisons Elland Cafe
Join Focus 4 Hope every other Monday for the brand new Create & Craft Club!
This club runs every fortnight and each time we’ll be doing a range of craft activities including jewellery making, pebble decorating, card making and much more.
We want to bring people together to help alleviate isolation and make new friends.
We’ll serve drinks, biscuits & snacks whilst enjoying decorating plant pots and then planting the seeds. You can take your pots home and watch them grow
You can bring the kids along in the school holidays too.

International Womens Day at Forest Cottage March 7th
Join North Halifax Partnership this year for a women only event to celebrate International Womens’ Day on
Monday 7th March 2022, 10am – 2pm at Forest Cottage.

We shall be having a FREE full day of Fun packed activities including a market place with information on issues that might affect women, Arts & Crafts, local Inspirational women speakers and a fun packed boot camp plus muck more!

Sports Box ends but FREE Summer Holiday Activities at Orange Box
Sports Box has now ended on Saturday afternoons but Orange Box have thanked Sports England for the Sportivate funding for the sessions over the past 18 months.
But just a reminder of the FREE activities that are happening at Orange Box.
Wednesday 26 July – Friday 1 September (weekdays, excluding 28 August)
2pm – 4pm
Upcycle furniture and clothes, sing karaoke, enjoy yoga and drama, go zorbing, climb the bouldering tunnel, play table tennis, cook healthy meals, skate in the rooftop skate park and celebrate with an end of summer party. Keep your eye on the Orangebox Website or social media for a detailed timetable coming soon.
For ages 11-19 years
FREE. No need to book, just turn up.
(you will need to register when you arrive, if you haven’t already, or you can fill out a registration form here and take it with you when you go).

FREE festive activities at Orange Box for ages 11+
If you know a young person aged 11 or over, then tell them to head down to Orange Box young people’s centre this Christmas holiday for some free festive activities.
Monday 19 to Thursday 22 December – 2pm to 4pm and Friday 23 December – 2pm to 9pm at Orange Box Young People’s Centre, 1 Blackledge, HX1 1AF
Participants can make their own Christmas crafts, sing their favourite karaoke tunes, act out a Christmas scene, cook an alternative Christmas dinner, enter a table tennis tournament, climb to new heights in the bouldering tunnel or make Christmas party treats.
