This is a remote course where your clients will study from home, they will receive help and guidance daily from a online tutor.
Online – Monday to Friday
Monday Times: 11am – 4pm
Tuesday to Friday Times: 10am – 4pm

Eligibility
Learners must be unemployed. Be receiving a benefit. A UK resident for 3 years or more Aged 19 or older on 31 August within the 2021 to 2022 funding year
A Maths and English assessment must be completed before your clients can start the course. This will be sent via email.
Once they have completed the assessment, a tutor will contact them to go through the enrollment over the phone prior to the course start.

Free Half Day Training on Modern Day Slavery Awareness
The Human Trafficking and Modern Day Slavery Awareness training is a FREE interactive half day training session for frontline workers, businesses and volunteers.
Wednesday 1 February 2017 – 1pm to 4.30pm
At Hebden Bridge Town Hall, St George’s St, Hebden Bridge, HX7 7BY
On completion of this session, participants will be able to;
- Explain what human trafficking is and the different types that exist
- Recognise the signs/indicators of different types of trafficking
- Respond appropriately to a victim / case of human trafficking
- How to notify in Calderdale and refer to the NRM
