ROKT Climbing Halloween Funday

Our famous Fun Day returns and this time it’s going to be scary!

Try out all the activities all with a Halloween theme this year.

Doors open at 10AM for a freaky day of Rope Climbing, Bouldering, Caving and Abseiling!

Fancy dress and pumpkin competitions!

Its a joint funday with the Millers Bar where Suzie and the Groove will be performing live from 8:30 onwards!

FREE horror movie make over at Kershaw’s Garden Centre

Students from Bradford College Media Make Up & Special effects department will be providing a FREE Hollywood style Halloween makeover.

Monday 31 October 2016 – 10am to 4.45pm
At Kershaws Garden Centre, Halifax Road, Brighouse, HD6 2QD

In this free event the students will practice their make up skills to provide (fake) wounds, vampire & zombie looks ideal for Trick or Treat & Halloween parties.

Enjoy some Half Term Halloween fun at Kershaw’s Garden Centre this October between 10am and 12pm on the following dates’

  • Monday 24 October – Spiders Webs
  • Tuesday 25 October – Dracula & Witches
  • Wednesday 26 October – Cootie catches
  • Thursday 27 October – Spooky bats
  • Friday 28 October – Wobbly characters

Bulb planting every day and there will be a small charge for materials

Join ghosts and ghouls for the 2016 Shibden Halloween Walk

Dare you join ghosts and ghouls for a spooky walk around Shibden Estate and a night of Halloween fun?

– Thursday 27 October at Shibden Park –  The junior walk starts at 5.30pm and fireworks at 7.30pm which will be followed by a second walk.

Admission prices will be confirmed shortly – The walk, entertainment and fireworks display are included in the entry price but rides, refreshments and additional activities in the park will be charged separately.

A Park and Ride service will be running from Eureka by the train station.

Wear warm clothing and suitable footwear and remember to bring a torch. Unfortunately, both walks are not accessible for wheelchairs or push chairs.
