On Tuesday 29 March 2016, CQC launched a campaign to encourage older people and their loved ones to give feedback about the quality of health and social care they have received.

This is your opportunity to contribute to the biggest single report on what it is like to live as a family of a child with disabilities or additional needs in Calderdale in 2015.
When the survey closes Calderdale Parents and Carers will compile a detailed report which will:
- Help to shape the way services are provided and influence local priorities
- Be presented to senior managers and commissioners in Calderdale
- Provide information to influence policy and approach
All feedback will be anonymous and your contact details will not be shared.
There will also be a drop in session on Tuesday 15 March from 1pm to 3pm at the Calderdale Parents and Carers office on Hanson Lane, where staff from the Advocacy service will be on hand to help you.

A public consultation starts today, Tuesday 15 March 2016, on proposed changes to hospital services and further improvements to community services in Calderdale and Greater Huddersfield.
The consultation will run for 14 weeks until midnight on Tuesday 21 June 2016.

In order to achieve its vision the partnership is carrying out a community consultation exercise with the objective of identifying current actions and issues and working towards developing a plan to tackle issues in the future.
As part of this consultation the partnership has developed a questionnaire for groups and individuals which can be completed online here.

The Right Care, Right Time, Right Place consultation is being led by NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and NHS Greater Huddersfield CCG and supported by Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust.
The consultation will run until midnight on Tuesday 21 June and a series of information sessions and public meetings will be taking place over the fourteen-week consultation period, where people can find out more about the proposed changes, ask questions
Calderdale Council’s Cabinet has announced budget proposals which include the launch of a flood recovery and resilience fund worth £3 million.
