Join North Halifax Partnership this year for a women only event to celebrate International Womens’ Day on

Monday 7th March 2022, 10am – 2pm at Forest Cottage.

We shall be having a FREE full day of Fun packed activities including a market place with information on issues that might affect women,  Arts & Crafts, local Inspirational women speakers  and a fun packed boot camp plus muck more!

 Please book your Free Ticket through Eventbrite (https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/269956425937).

We shall also be offering afternoon tea so please let us know of any dietary requirements when you book.

If you are 16 or over, female or male and have experienced any form of Domestic Abuse, Calderdale Staying Safe can be of assistance.

Our service is free and confidential, regardless of sexual orientation, gender, disability, religion or ethnic origin.

A diverse, experienced and skilled staff of female and male advisers is here to listen and where necessary, signpost you to the right organisations.

If English isn’t your first language, we may have advisers who can speak your language or access a team of interpreters.

You do not have to suffer in silence

Healthy Minds, Staying Well and Focus4Hope would like to invite you to a day of mindful and relaxing activities, fun and food!

Our community Get Together will be at Southgate Methodist Church, Elland on

Thursday 18 November between 10am – 2pm

There will be mindful movement activities, arts and crafts, pizza making and lots of information about local services.

Women of Calderdale celebrate International Women’s Day #EachforEqual

Women of Calderdale are invited to join us for a celebration of International Women’s Day 2020 on Thursday March 5th, from 11am to 2pm at Queen’s Road Neighbourhood Centre.

There will be hot buffet lunch, refreshments, free raffle as well as local services and lots of free information.

Plus an interactive workshop run by All 1 Collective & Lab and a Free Yoga taster session.

Please dress accordingly and express yourselves!
