Creative Support are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated senior support worker to assist the Registered Manager in the smooth management and provision of their supported living service for people with learning disabilities in Brighouse. Working with a dedicated team of support workers, you will be responsible for the day to day provision of support to 5 individuals.
You will be required to co-ordinate the implementation of person centred support plans to ensure people are supported to have full and meaningful lives. You will monitor and review service delivery ensuring all support is delivered to exacting standards. You must be able to demonstrate an ability to work in partnership with service users, their families and other professionals.
You will have experience of working with people with learning disabilities and have a relevant qualification in health/ social care. Previous experience of supervising a staff team would be an advantage.
The post requires you to work flexibly and includes evening and weekend work and occasional sleep- in duties.
