There are many wonderful opportunities to get active at The Space in Field Lane with many exercise classes for all tastes and fitness levels. Whether you’re starting your fitness journey or you’re a regular, you’re bound to find something for you!

Fitness  sessions:

Tuesday 10-11 : Zumba Gold with Crazy Amigos (£5 pp)

Thursday 18 – 19: Dance for Wellbeing with Curious motion – pay as you feel

Friday 14 – 14:45 : Gentle Exercise (£3 pp)

Storm Trooper Zumbathon – Next week!

Storm Trooper ZumbathonRaise money for Calderdale flood victims at the Storm Trooper Zumbathon. Whether you’re a newbie or a pro this event is open to everyone with a guest appearence by Lizzie Jones, cakes, face painting and more.

Saturday 13 February – 12pm to 2pm
At The Inspire Centre, Calderdale College, HX1 3UZ

Get involved for just £10 per person or £5 for under 12’s.
